Cacaito, About the Signals piece, and Kevin Kinsella's involvement with Ligand ...

This was news to me:

"Kinsella, currently holding the posts of chairman and CEO at X-Ceptor, doesn't plan to occupy the CEO seat for long. But the permanent CEO will inherit a company that needs no further funding and doesn't even have to rush into a series of corporate partnerships, Kinsella added."

That's the first I heard that; it wasn't in Ligand's PR.

Sounds like he's organizing the startup, and that there's a search for a permanent CEO.

Also, I remember that -- although AXPH has tons of scientific capital -- Kinsella announced that he'd be selling his shares.
