John, I sent an e-mail to the company and CC'd everyone I could think of and I just got a response from Paul Henry. Here it is: "We sometimes rely, as do amazon.com and others, on a fulfillment house to process our orders (actually, we use the same fulfillment house as does amazon). Regrettably, they sometimes process orders late and make mistakes, for which we apologize. Even though they are the best in the business, mistakes do occur from time to time." Paul Henry
