Mitchell, Sorry to suggest this, but my info was 29 million + outstanding shares as of 5/21/99. But, authorized shares raised to 70 million (from 35 million) "to facilitate the pending sale of the company." How many shares there are now no one knows...except select insiders, obviously. (Oops. I think there is a cap of 70 million authorized....at least as of 5/21.) Now, when would these additional 40 (+ or -) million shares get issued/spent? Prior to the spinoffs? Subsequent to the spinoffs? Would they ever get issued? No one knows. We do know this -- IMHO -- we reversed about a year ago and spent about 25 million shares in very little time subsequently. What fun. I kinda understand non-reporting. Who would want to? Well, maybe someone would, but it doesn't seem like Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein are in that group. Still frowning.
