Scott,

Avg. 30-yr fixed rate is the highest in 2.5 years, comes the news today.

If the long bond stays above 6.20 tomorrow, then bonds will continue to have tough sledding for a while, imo. This means continued increase in mgtge rates, and tough going for stocks.

And it is as close as you can get to certain that Al and his gang will raise short term rates 25 basis points.
