Mohan, Dell was rated Accumulate by Milunovich during the whole time (about 9 months) it was under his responsibility. So technically, the rating was downgraded. I don't think the new guy has much of a track record in PCs. I think he used to cover the distributors. Bob

Mohan I agree with you. "Tuna-boy" from Merril had a VERY WEAK basis for his recommendations. DELL is making profits selling PC's unlike the indirect vendors. Their enterprise business is booming and new plants are opening in Tennessee, Ireland and Brazil. Meanwhile CPQ is firing people and shutting down facilities. I'll bet Tuna-boy probably DOES have a Strong Buy on CPQ. Fez
