Hi Dale :

No, it does boggle the mind, when you figure that they have a
Nasdaq National listing, and have been in violation of the share
price requirement for a very long time. I understood that KNIC
met with Nasdaq to appeal delisting back about May 99 or so,
and nobody ever discussed the results of that meeting; I can
only assume that KNIC has somehow made a deal with Nasdaq
and is trying to clean up it's act. I would think that
Nasdaq would have at least required a reverse split, but possibly
because of all the other circumstances, KNIC convinced them
that a RS would be another nail in the coffin. The fact that it
appears that they "should" be delisted doesn't do much for the
share price, IMO, but I think that given the span of time that
has passed, they've obviously got friends in high places.
As long as they can continue to make forward progress, they may
escape delisting and eventually regain investor confidence.

Good luck on your holdings!
