William, It seems to me, you have been looking for a way to discredit Cadre for some time now, and have now resorted to defaming my character instead. I have sold every share of Latitude...yes, as that is an open book for everyone to see. It is a personal decision, based on many factors. Have I hyped Latitude...I think that is also obvious and appreciate you providing the link. If you or any other shareholder of any company I own ever would like to know where my thinking is or ask me if I have been a buyer or a seller (before the insider report is published) all you have to do is ask. I am not the "Bank of England" I do not appreciate how you have gone to all of the sites I write on and tried to destroy my character. If "smooth" and "soft" mean not trying to tear someone apart while I express my views or concerns, then you are correct. Most of the Cadre shareholders know what I have been through with this company and where my thinking is with it...mainly because they asked. Let it also be known that anyone who would like to know whether I have been a seller or a buyer of Latitude, Cadre, or any other stock, only has to ask. If my word is not good enough, then I will supply any hard evidence as is necessary. I hope things work out for you. Rich
