That be ok with me if the long distant carriers can have equal access... I don't know how that's going to be played out... i here a lot of talk about this and not much action. I am long WCOM and T. Both getting hit hard due to price competition for based on the residential customers. It seems to me neither really cares much long term about residential voice in that they are spending billions on data in various forms. T on the cable companys and WCOM on UUNET. Glenn
