I think that Oracle is winning the Oracle/Siebel trash-fest. The more that Siebel engages Oracle in this war of words, the more Siebel tells the market that Oracle is a worthy contender. Tom would be better served by taking the high ground and preaching his ERM vision. Oracle is a gnat on his butt. He should treat them accordingly. Let Larry self-destruct. Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq:ORCL - news), which is waging a pitched battle with rival Siebel Systems Inc.
