This is just more of the same vacuous fluff that has been oozing out of this outfit for years. Absolutely nothing new and even less of substance.

I do believe that you're right about the inevitability of a reverse- split. When it is announced, it will be the first substantial development in this sorry saga, and should be evidence enough for even the most ardent horn-blowers, that this stock is on the road to nowhere.
