8-A12G.

The 8-A12G is required under the 1934 Act before a
security can be traded.

Not to be confused with the SB-2 - Which has to do
with the registration of securities under the 1933 Act.

Form 8-A12G automatically becomes effective after
60 days. If for some reason the SB-2 is not approved
by that date, the 8-A12G will be ineffective, and will
have to be re-filed.

This means that the SB-2 is very close to approval.
