Boy, I sure agree with you. I asked broker to call company to make sure there was nothing strange in self tender. He said, it is a plain self tender, and the amount of our shares purchased at $1.00 would be prorated over the number tendered.

By my calculations, you buy 200 shares at 5/8 per share, half of those are called away from you at $1.00/share, so you end up with 100 shares at 25 cents per share.

If MSN with half as many shares, and no GYM is worth .25 /share, it looks like a good buy. I bought a lot for my arbt. account.

The smart money boys (and gals) aren't going to touch this stock until the Oaktree deal is finalized. When the dotted line has been signed and Jurick is finally off the hook, then I think we'll see some buying.

Just my opinion.
