Chuck: Boy, I sure agree with you. I asked broker to call company to make sure there was nothing strange in self tender. He said, it is a plain self tender, and the amount of our shares purchased at $1.00 would be prorated over the number tendered. By my calculations, you buy 200 shares at 5/8 per share, half of those are called away from you at $1.00/share, so you end up with 100 shares at 25 cents per share. If MSN with half as many shares, and no GYM is worth .25 /share, it looks like a good buy. I bought a lot for my arbt. account. Have a good day, and I hope the heat isn't messing up your golf game.
