A friend and I were discussing this the other night... the market has accepted a rate hike, and will most likely rally when it's announced.
NO hike (which I discount) will be a super whammy.

what happens if cboe doesn't open tomorrow? has anything like this ever happened?

dollar weaker tonight.

We'll have to see what happens to the dollar tomorrow. The Japanese GDP estimate was revised upward, which was a surprise. The Yen is rising as a result. If PPI also surprises to the upside, the Dollar will have two strikes against it for tomorrow.
