See the following news release: BG Baron Group Inc BXG Shares issued 8,177,032 1999-09-22 close $0.06 Wednesday Sep 29 1999 Mr. Harvey Dick reports At the company's last annual general meeting, a share consolidation on a 1 new for 5 old basis was proposed and approved by special resolution of the shareholders. Although the board of directors had previously decided not to pursue the consolidation, a re-examination of this issue has convinced them that the consolidation is necessary in order to proceed with any future financing or acquisitions. The consolidation of the shares of the company will proceed immediately. Once the consolidation is complete, the company's name will be changed to Consolidated BG Baron Group Inc. and the authorized capital of the company will be increased to 100 million common shares.
