Ok Larry,

You were right on a number of occasions, I'll give you credit for that. However, you have to admit things turned around the last few days, much faster than you had anticipated ? , no?

The board was trying to tell you that product was for sale and now you heard(?) on the CC that they have been running for a month. I'll assert that the battery chemistry was not a problem the last 6 months but getting the lines working at high speed were. It was also mentioned that they had already committed production for the next month, so I think they are already running full speed to meet some demand.

The point is that you kept looking at the filings which was backward looking, when events happened they caught you off-guard. Tell me you weren't surprised by the CC today? I was, it was more optimistic than what I hoped for.

I'll go further and make a side bet w/ you: That VLNC will have sold at least $30M of batteries in this Millennium. If I win you owe me ONE share of VLNC stock, if you win I'll pay you TWO shares of VLNC stock (or the cash equivalent based on the closing price of 12/31/1999). What do you say?

I would still like to hear what do you think would happen to the stock price if a $50M contract were to be announced within the next month? My guess is that the price will spike above $8 maybe to $12. What's your guess? I'm not asking you to believe that such a contract would come in, but if one did then what would be the price ?

Come on Larry, don't tell me what happened last year, tell me what's going to happen the rest of this year.

I took this from the Yahoo thread "by marginally" in response to nowaynohow. I found it amusing and decided to repost it here. A good laugh....

<<<Lesseee now, if'n I employ the same lazyness for numbers that you have over the last year, $76 million from one line times 6 is $4.56 Billion. LOL

But seriously. Fred has used his intellect and abilities to extrapolate numbers to show the potential of this company as a mature, fully capable enterprise at or near capacity. And you find fault because you want to.

Still, just as seriously, you have used what passes for your intellect to crow and parrot that not only do they not have product but possibly never will, and yada, yada, yada. Judgements based on opinions based on/rooted in your flawed conceptions of what the truth should be, in your own opinion. Your circular logic, while now admitting that there is a certain potential for $76 million dollars of income in the next year, because Lev said so, still requires a straw man to pummel into weeping submission. You are just so lame. If it rained dollars you might be the one who was looking for silver certificates. LOL

You are a bonehead and a boob. Your sense of importance is unjustified. You forget your weak WAG's and total wrongness to shift the subject away from your flawed misconcieved rhetoric using fluff, puff, and plain old bullshit. Run your own set of numbers, sally. Then publish them here. Use your best resources and give it a shot. Or , continue to be the joke of the board.

What a joke.

Buckle Up! sally.
