dohmencapital.com I think dohmen is pretty great.. dohmencapital.com
thanks Paul.. I agree with practically all and didn't know anything whatsoever about the French system
I do think the internet will kill so many middlemen jobs and sales jobs...I am curious to see what GM is doing..
I think the development of better search engines (with spell checkers)
will make the search a lot easier and possibly kill more revenues in advertising ..
If there is more and more mail order, I would think that rates would maybe gone down..
bloomberg.com -do you believe this re Japanese economy? If so guess that would probably mark the end of this bull market..Also would mark the beginning of the gold bull..Also would probably dry up a lot of the
liquidity which has been used not for investing in companies but in
creating the leveraging in playing financial instruments..it would be
weird since the gold carry trade also appears to be in its end game..

<<I do beleive the Internet will replace some personal retail business. But I can't quantify how much.>>

Does that not have something to do with the impact of sales taxes and delivery cost? There are many retail business that are now talking about how unfair it is to have no sales taxes on items sold over the internet while they are taxed to provide some of the services the internet business profit from. Will there be as much internet business if people really are trying to cut out the last cent of extra cost?
