Yeah, the DOJ can go after anyone when the want to. The anti-trust laws are written so that all businessmen are criminals the moment they open up.

However, I don't think that Q is in danger on this one due to the the patent situation. They did go after xerox but that was because xerox did not license their patents to anyone else. Since Q is licensing to all comers, I think we are as safe as possible.
