Hi Dai,
I received this message from Tom this morning:

"I only know a Scott Giambruno. I will check my records again, but I had thought he was limited to 250,000 shares of then 144 stock which he had purchased about 2 years ago.

"The restriction on the stock was taken off about 7 months ago."
