Cap'n --- If the swelling hasn't gone down by now, journey to the store and get a plug of Days Work, Tinsley, or some kind of chewing tobacco .... an ol sea dog like you can probably work up a good wet chew pretty rapidly, but in the event you can't tolerate the taste, mix a wad of it with some water and plop a gob of it on the bite ... will make the pain and swelling disappear mucho rapido ... sorry I wasn't up during the night to advise you of this when the wasp struck .... gggg Nemer
