I don't believe BRCD competes with NTAP or EMC. They are a suppler of Fibre Channel equipment. EMC, NTAP and others use FC as one of their components. Boy! Did BRCD's stock pop up today?!?!?!

Teflon,

Someone agrees with you that Brocade shouldn't be left out of the discussion of the storage market. That person happens to be Paul Johnson, one of the GG authors. Johnson points out that Brocade's revenues are definitely the stats of a tornado and their increasing market share is very gorilla-like.

Being an EMC stockholder, it's nice to know that they are a supplier and not a competitor.
