It is my suggestion that services will take a different form very shortly. The form will be paying a server for their content and not a service provider. If that model proves out, then GTE will not get that revenue. Then numbers 6, 7, 8 yada yada, will be either restricted by the type of service provider model you present or freely enabled. When either case happens, what do you expect might happen? I expect the huge change to occur a split transport v. service. IMO.
