Charles, Good point. Too much "welfarism" is already built into the system. Government retirees continue to tap into the system long after they have left. Term limits would be a start, but what about the bureaucrats. How do we limit their growing numbers? Taxpayers are probably paying as much for retirees as they are for workers. To me, there is only one answer and that is limiting the size of government.
