Patrick,

The memory stick is a storage medium, and Micro OS is a file management system. EDIG's technology works with Sony's stick.

Sony may not need a system as powerful as Micro OS to play multiple file formats, but at this point in time they must use EDIG if they want to support EPAC. Who knows about the future? I think we have to keep an eye on EDIG's relationship with Lucent, and EPAC's strength in the consumer market. These things IMHO, will determine whether or not Sony deals with e.Digital.
