All I have so far is that there are two recent suits, Gayl v. Schroeder, et. al. and neal and brenda Strum. I belive it is the second of these suits which is the suit to enjoin the merger, filed by the law firm of Weiss and Yorman (?) in Orange County. I will get the Complaint when I get a chance. Also, this whisper target price of "$9" is troublesome, perhaps it is mentioned in the suit. Duke
