Ram,

I'll dig into the interest expense. Thats straight forward. I don't think there are any tax holiday's since we haven't seen it mentioned in the filings. It would be in there if it were material.

I don't know anything about international accounting so I'm not sure who is going to get taxed for what. The producing company is Dutch I believe, but I don't know what the Nevada based company will pay in taxes. This is good question. Again, I'll dig into it.

For the rest of the year, I'm don't see any major profits so taxes should not be impacting the bottom line. We should get some guidance with the next filing.
