In another conspiracy theory vein: I would expect the price to recover after the August call options expire. Still a lot of open interest (especially around 25). If heavy hitters have written CC's they would "prefer" their shares not to be called away. Seen it before, waited it out, and made some nice profits the week afterwards . . .

Assuming that fund managers are sucking up the shares (which could be 1 reason for the stock to be seemingly stuck at 15-16) if big news followed by upgrades hits then you have low supply, big demand and no stock. That will equal big moves. Good luck guys!
