In another conspiracy theory vein: I would expect the price to recover after the August call options expire. Still a lot of open interest (especially around 25). If heavy hitters have written CC's they would "prefer" their shares not to be called away.

Seen it before, waited it out, and made some nice profits the week afterwards . . .

Md my man...that's what you want is a major supply problem.
Assuming that fund managers are sucking up the shares (which could be 1 reason for the stock to be seemingly stuck at 15-16) if big news followed by upgrades hits then you have low supply, big demand and no stock. That will equal big moves.

i count the hundred of thousands of shares that have been picked up sitting on the bid while showing 1000, to be the big boys accumulating. clearly we continue to have no shortage of shares to be sold, maybe we still have a shot at an 1/16th point gain today:-) and break the down pattern.
