this looks more realistic, and this relates ONLY to the company parental not XSNI, at least not acknowledged by any of the company officials, company attorneys nor company associates nor brokers nor companies with alleged contracts, by the way, did you notice in this post from someone who uses xstream - where is all the Lucent equipment and infrastructure, you would have thought something would have been implemented BY NOW, perhaps that deal isn't consumated... and you know what will happen if you ask Lucent about it, but I am no longer doing DD, just trying to help you guys OPEN YOUR EYES, but you are all ears... all I wanna be and then some, :) Demi

Rather than telling people not to use X-Stream, cos it wont make any
difference, with the national advertisements etc, (I mean will you
really notice if the download rate is halfed from 0.2kB/s to 0.1kB/s, :)
), I think that X-stream should get more modems, and greatly increase
their bandwith, if they want their service to become mainstream, and it
seems to me that they only have a limited time t do it, because in a
year , I think that (hopefully) ISP's will become 0800 (off peak) , for
instance freeserve is no1 ISP, and when it floated on stockmarket it
made a lot, so as there are other better ISP's at the moment, it has to
do something different, and with all that money behind it, it will
certainly be looking for an 0800 model or something, otherwise is
share price will drop, as its customers leave, (knock on effect).
If AOL does œ30 to $40 a month for free 0800, I will certainly move
from freeserve+xstream to AOL, trust me this works a lot lot cheaper,
especially if u use the internet alot.
So what we should do is tell x-stream to increase modems and
bandwith, but of course we wont because most of us are lazy, me
included :) , so we just gripe, but as i said x-stream lose out too, cos
x-stream are targeting joe public, with their ad banners, thats how
they make money, and joe public doesnt know how to get rid of the
ad banners too, (whilst still using the x-stream dialer, not forging the
dialup thingy) , so when joe public trys to dial up, it takes em lots of
times, so after a while they get pissed of and never use service again,
or if they do get through, they cant do anything, cos transfer rate is
abisimal and so they cant do anyhing except look at the adbanners
(is this what x-stream intended us to do?), either way as no-one uses
it, no one can get influenced by the ads, so companies dont get
anyone buying their products, so then they dont give x-stream any
more money, then x-stream loses out, whilst itscompetition kicks it to
the curb, to me its seems x-stream is digging its own grave.
anyway, its better than freecall-uk, because i hated those damn
spammers, who wanted to get money at my expense.

anyway ? ?? ? Im sure if they all try to log on the system will clogg up
anyway, so the few
new users it will get will not make much difference to the crap service
anyway.
I say let everybody try the free 0800.
