Brees believes in "self-evident" truth. In fact, he perhaps would argue that without it, we are all lost. He merely here represented the reality of a system that ignores "self-evidence."

Many countries in this world have beautiful constitutions that are neither honored by the powerful elite nor given a moments thought by the common citizen. The common citizen does not care about self evident truth in this country. They do care about the economy and our phalLic displays of opulence and power to the rest of the world. When the character of our highest executive representative was called into question there was no hesitation on the part of our society to dismiss any and all wrong doing in favor of these things. When bill clinton boldly lied to the people and clearly perjured himself before the law, our governing bodies found themselves helpless to do anything but perform an inconsequencial grand investigation, that few cared about more than how it impacted their particular social agenda.

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, having its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." Though we have the right to do many things we rarely exercise many of our rights. In this case, nobody cares. If you ask me bill clinton violated the trust on which his authorisation to serve was written. We don't need a grand investigation to remove him from the white house. He is in breach of contract. Evict the liar and be done with it.
