I called the company a month ago and ask them what do they think GSIC will be a year from now. They said they hope GSIC will still be a going concern. This sounds to me like they think GSIC will be gone in a year. I think insiders need sell all their shares (as many as 500 million shares if we count all perfered shares) before GSIC go under. I will not touch GSIC unless GSIC management make a public statement saying they cancel all perfered shares. Why should I hold the bag for insiders? Bo
