<..definitions- are these roughly close?..> Funny you should ask.... but, yes. This is roughly equal. WinStar's on-net is on radio and on switch. Teligent's on-net is on-switch, which all of their local lines are, whether they are on-radio or leased T1s. <..Is WinStar still report roof rights as those roofs that they expect to have on net in the near future (the 5500 bldg)vs. the total number of buildings that they have rights to?..> This is my understanding - I will reaffirm this though.
