hi JB2, yeah I've read the "inner game..." and liked it. All those books on the mental part of the game are worth reading.... I have a fish and a couple large dogs (to keep the creditors at bay) to talk to... I don't think there's anything wrong with yacking to yourself but I have upset the neighborhood dogs when I bellow FILL ME DAMMIT! at the screen. Helps to live in the boondocks. ;-)

Dotty: I second or third or whatever what everyone else said: keep a notebook. Write down the time, the stock, the price, etc etc. and most important what you FEEL: are you excited, nervous, impulsive, whatever. But make a note of it. My notebook this morning had two large IMPULSIVES written down and then a NO CONFIDENCE HERE and then I took the rest of the day off. And yes JB2, I did scream IMPULSIVE twice and mumble NO CONFIDENCE HERE which the dogs were amused by.

Have a good w/e.
