Henry - For JSI, business alliances with IMP, VLSI (Phillips), Harris Semiconductor. For JPSI, business alliances with KLA Tencor, ESI, ADE, ThermaWave. J-Light (JMAR Technologies) - IBM (for XRL masks), Canon - JMAR evaluating their proximity X-ray stepper. Silicon Valley Group and SAL also make steppers and JMAR has worked with them in the past. Also Livermore Labs. Polytech will distribute JMAR Britelight systems. Betty
