BAOA was already reporting. They were just behind on their filings, so all they have to do is catch up. BANY has never been a reporting company. They must clear the comments from the SEC to be eligible for OTC:BB. otcbb.com "It should be noted that for issuers who file a Form 10 or Form 10SB with the SEC to register under Section 12(g) of the Act,\13\ all SEC comments, if any, must be cleared with the SEC before securities can be quoted on the OTCBB."
