Getting ready to jump back in and go long, lot of negative post. Watch those and not the price. Remember were playing cards together or should I say against each other. <g>

Lets look at this realistically. We need to figure out what is taking place. We can either bounce around 40 million assumptions or we can focus. Lets state some facts and do some constructive eliminating.

Fact: One of these 3 things is happening.

1) T/ATHM are in talks with others over:
a) Complete takeover of ATHM by another company.
b) Merge ATHM with other company.
c) Make deals with ATHM and other company.

2) T is in talks behind ATHM's back ****ELIMNATED****

3) T/ATHM are not in any talks ****ELIMINATED****

We have established that they are in talks with ATHM included, now we need to establish these next two things:

1) Deals will happen between ATHM and (other)s.

2) Deals will hit dead end leaving:
a) open access issues in tact.
b) Future deals to be worked out after 2002.

If #2 occurs then ATHM will have to:

1) Work twice as fast to gain foothold before 2002.

2) Sell company to someone who can accomplish this.

Now the question is, which way will the egg roll????
