The motive was the story here.

Factual information was provided. Once posted it becomes public information. The plants were not owned by the company as claimed. The Pilar del Caribe was sunk and trashed in Jamaica. The company was evicted in Nicaragua.
Heritage was brought to this thread's attention very early on. This information accurately refuted their releases and was easily confirmed.

We will disagree but money clouded their decision making.
Money was the motive, the chance that their investment would be lost. Paid touts were a distraction created by shareholders and they did not exist in this story. Some posters disagree with me.
