Not really all that surprised. One reason I like CSCO is because it is a bull but a less volatile bull then pure net stocks. It seems to inch up and inch down. One reason for this hanging around $63 has to do with the fact that we are at a juncture of long and short positions. (puts and calls)

Someone posted a chart where you can see this plainly. They called it the maximum pain area.

This would help to explain why the nearest overhead resistance is at $64.

It looks like CSCO will fly once it passes $65.
