found this on the RB SHCC thread; By: roslin Reply To: None Friday, 13 Aug 1999 at 2:31 PM EDT Post # of 8987 called pat charles and he wasnt in. i asked the secretary about the PR. .. none today. asked about web site opening on the 15th,sunday. yes it is a GO. why no news on site opening, and reply was, they want to make sure that it is FULLY OPERATIONAL, before releasing news. if there was a glitch after the news, then it could hurt the stock worse than no news. when i asked about qwst deal, she said they are waiting 4 qwst to give the ok on the PR..when i asked about another tele-communications deal, she said she could not comment on that. i said thanks and hung up
