*SHCC Interesting stuff from RB..... BIGHUFFF IS BACK WITH NEW INFO ON SHCC Ok everyone, finally got through with Pat Charles and had a chance for a little Q & A. 1. The website Talk-Is-Cheap appears to have a connectin to JPCarey Corporation (JPCC a known market maker) is this true? NO. 2.Has SHCC issued any shares into the market in the past 60 days? Yes, should be a total of 700,000 shares Will SHCC be issuing anymore shares? Yes, we will need to issue more shares to help get some of these new ventures off the ground. 3. Does SHCC have any plans of becoming a reporting company under the new OTC (Over the Counter) system. Yes, we are in the process of filing for a form 10 and hope to be fully reporting by early spring 2000. 4. Elaborate on the website.... There will be 2 websites www.shccint.com , www.shcc.com or www.saratogaholdings.com (will know Sunday) and also www.talk-is-cheap.com whichever one of the first 3 mentioned is ultimately used will guide you to the talk-is-cheap website via hyperlinks etc. 5.Is there a deal in the works with Cable, Wire, and Wireless? YES, look for it next week. 6. When will the next PR be? THERE WILL BE A TOTAL OF 3 OR 4 PRESS RELEASES NEXT WEEK. MONDAY: WEBSITE REST OF WEEK: WILL BE DIFFERENT DEALS THAT WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEBSITE (NEW COMPANIES ON THE WEBSITE ETC.) THERE WILL BE ONE PRESS RELEASE AT THE END OF THE WEEK THAT MORE LESS SUMS UP ALL THE PRESS RELEASES FOR THE WEEK. BUT AGAIN PER PAT CHARLES THERE SHOULD BE 3 OR 4 PRESS RELEASES NEXT WEEK. Pat Charles comments: Sunday we will be testing the websites all day and they will up part of the day Sunday during testing and Monday will be running full speed (barring no diasters Sunday.)
