Ken, The value of MMDS as a last mile solution was affirmed by the recent acquisitions by Sprint and MCI. Despite current spectrum valuations, I would not risk any money with NCNX at this time. I would certainly wait after the secondary offering, allow the company to bleed a little, and then look for buying opportunities below $10. As far as any present buying opportunities in MMDS, all bets are with either FON or WCOM. (Also, I would not sell NCNX short given the possibility of a Sprint/MCI buyout.) Good luck, Z
