To My CVIA board friends:

I couldn't stand it any longer. I have been a long term (1995) shareholder of CVIA and read this board daily along with SI. I am proud to say the following:

>My 200 lawsuit shares for $200 are currently worth $1,250 for a 525% return. (400 post split shares @ $3.125)

>My 333 warrants exercised at $3.00 ($999) are currently worth $2081.25 for a 108% return. (666 post split shares @ $3.125)

>My 3000 post split shares @ a cost basis of $1.28 are currently worth $9,375 for a return of 144%.

>My 3600 shares I purchased @ $2.43 three weeks ago (yes, Wayne that was me who was a firm believer) is worth $11,250 for a 28.6% three week return.

>This doesn't even count my 150 CVIA-P or my 243 AHCD shares.

All of the above BEFORE this weeks split. Please make no mistake about it, I am not bragging on myself, (I lost $3,800 on CVIA in 1998) but I am bragging on Keith Anderson. When he first mentioned the idea of the shareholders taking over this company I was shot gun shy to say the least. But since then have found out it is great to follow a CEO who is honest, very intelligent with a great work ethnic.

Next Wednesday I will be the proud owner of 15,332 shares of CVIA.

Thank you Keith Anderson and a big thank you to a great board.

Sincerely,
Kenneth R. Daniel

P.S. Opey, your beer is on the way big boy.

Let's see, what does CVIA have going on over the next few months (revised):

August
2 for 1 split

Filing the amended SB-2

Start drilling the Hodges X-1 oil project which has potential reserves exceeding 300,000 barrels of premium Intermediate West Texas grade oil.

Impressive Products Online IPO might be ready to go.

Further developments involving Corporate Vision Development Inc. merger with a large commercial land developer company located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

September
ArchivalCD, Inc. IPO

Certified report, by an independent third party professional geologist, by mid-September confirmation the $15,000,000 plus value of the gold reserves found in Utah.

IPOSITE.COM getting up to speed.

October
Third quarter 10QSB hopefully showing the new gold asset value and maybe some revenues and income.

Maybe another split?

Starting the process of moving off of the OTC and onto a bigger exchange.

Other projects
Creating a new division or IPO that will take advantage of these internet sites:
IPO-Brokerage.Com, IPO-Brokerage.Net, IPO-Broker.Com, Ipo-Broker.Net Car-Shopping.Com, Masterpiece-Auction.Com and Masterpiece-Auction.Net.

Evaluation of additional Gold Project claims by CVI Resources Utah.

Shareholders meeting and proxy vote.

Great Main IPO

Activation and sale of the Preferred shares (CVIAP)

Since there are so many projects in the works, I just wanted to document them so that we (CVIA shareholders) can get a handle on the upcoming events.

BTW, the above is NOT a schedule. Just MY ballpark guesstimate of when we can expect some of these things to happen.

Mike
(can't wait for the split next week)
