Thanks Tim since you posted I was able to get Mr. Butts phone number. I do appreciate you nays ... According to Mr. Butts, he just recently has come to an agreement with WV and the final papers should be signed soon. Nice convenient twist there Tim. Mr. Butts is talking about the deal with Orex and WVLLC that is soon to be signed. BTW the deal is suppose to be finalized shortly which everyone knows. We shall see since there exists documents dated last year. Now lets go to the common sense side ... why would Jim say this when he is the largest interest holder in WVLLC since last year. Your post stating what he said would only hurt himself more than anyone since he has over 50% ownership. The more you post the more I distrust anything you say. Watch your face the egg is coming. All agreements with IUC are complete and were not done under WV but by Jim. Already stated that . He does have some of his own permitted properties which will become part of WV. They are already part and there are documents to prove it. They will become part of Orex in the near future. He does not know when the company will be mining anything in the near future due to the price of vanadium and uranium being so low. If they can find a market for the finished product, they might pay IUC to toll the ore for them. Yep that is correct, they are not mining but they do have ore being processed through IUC His ore 7000 tons. The mining is domant and I have stated that too which is why I never DDed it until Jeff brought it out the other day. He felt that the info. that WV had on their website was not completely accurate but he has been assured that nothing else will be released until he ok's it. Did not know that but the site is not public yet either. BAckdooring the site is not exactly public especially when done by a naysayer to twist it to his agenda. So I will remove the link from the summary since I did not check on this tidbit. This site is not longer valid and has not been since March. Then Mr. Butts had to go. He also operates a large farm/ranch complex and he was headed out to cut wheat. Yep knew that too but that is private information and not for the internet. But then again you do not care about anyone's privacy .. you just want to naysay. Documents exist between Jim and WVLLC back last year, I think you are conveniently twisting the information into misinformation to fit your agenda. B/W documents do not lie only the internet does. People can believe what they want. :-) GB

I talked to Jim Butts this morning. According to Mr. Butts, he just recently has come to an agreement with WV and the final papers should be signed soon. Jim stated, he has a signed agreement with WVLLC that was signed around Oct 1998. At that time, he assigned his rights in Rim Mine to WVLLC, since the signing of that agreement WVLLC has mined apprx. 2000 tons which is just setting there. Also that date was when he Jim deeded also the mining equipment (Appraised value appr. $600,000.00) & all his mining claims that he had at that time. He stated, the deal he signed and is vaild. I have his permission to make this post. He felt that the info. that WV had on their website was not completely accurate* but he has been assured that nothing else will be released until he ok's it.* He said that he did not make a statement saying the website had information that was not completely accurate. He said, he wanted to review and approve any information so it would be completely accurate since he does not know what information is on the website. Since he owns 53% interest in WVLLC he feels he has that right. I have his permission to make this post. Jim feels that his conversation and the wording of his conversation has been change to not represent what he was saying. He stated also that WVLLC has 3 mines in Utah and 1 mine in Colorado fully permitted at this time. They also plan to resume mining once it is economically feasable on all four mines. Like I said POS-PAS is the favorite tactic of naysayers to twist information into their own agendas. The guys in WVLLC and SMMC are just hard working miners and have been all their lives. I for one will defend the convenient libel on line. I am sick of convenient individual and corporate assassinations. I was a victim to it for 9 months. Enough is enough. :-) GB
