I also think many funds just don't want to be too exposed to these suits, and since GMST has yet to cultivate a large following on the Street, most fund managers probably feel better off dropping their exposure on this issue with the full intention of buying back in once any favorable verdicts are rendered. Unfortunately, I think these prices represent bargains and I'm throwing myself in front of the "law suit train" in anticipation of a huge run up once these suits are put in GMST's rear view mirror.

I don't know what it is with litigation, but you'd think I would have learned my lesson with MSFT not to chase these stocks around while the lawyers run the Market show <g>!
