<<Do you think post #14385 covers the issues?>>

Wasn't trying to cover all issues. Just trying to narrow them down a bit. Rome wasn't built in a day, and if it was up to ATHM it might of never been....

Is it possible that T leaked out all the smoke to achieve a political purpose to disarm the OpenNet coalition? From T and ATHM's denial of the rumors, why can't we assume that nothing really is happening? T's denial is very complete. They specifically stated that no deals will be made before the expiration of the exclusivity agreement in 2002. If T doesn't want to keep this promise, they didn't have to word it that way.

So, maybe I am naive. But my feeling is that nothing will happen in the magnitude of a complete merger or sell out or a spin-off.
