Teflon, I am just practicing shorting and learning. I am not taking any serious gambles long or short in the market as it is today. I tend to "play" with stocks during this type of uncertain period. When i am serious of making major bets on the markets, i tend to go into options or go fully invested in shares at the very least. This is more like a pass time for me with the current market conditions. BTW---the only stocks i am comfortable with long term at this moment in time is MSFT partly due to its underperformance of late. I just hope there are enough ill advised investors (views like "Toysoldier") out there to bring it down in price a little more---now that is a gamble i am taking!! I am still bearish on the next 2 months---expecting to get bullish late September.
