In terms of PnF BP charting as of 8/12 data, NDX has not yet reversed up. It will take a move to 44% BP to do that... which it just might do after tonight's calculations are out, considering today's move up. I haven't had time yet to complete my charting/tools of QQQ/NDX so I don't have a BP chart ready... I'm just going from the numbers I started collecting and the ones chartseer has been posting here. I hope chartseer or Eric Stevens (or anyone else who has been following/charting this longer than I) will respond more definitively as I am but a novice.
