This is the reason why I asked the tax question: Korea, NI, and USA. Laminate to Hanil is perhaps on the basis of time plus materials, on a unit cost basis (?) that might include some depreciation, quality control lab costs, etc.(?). I do not see VLNC trying to make much profit in the laminate supply to a jv partners like Hanil. Ram
