C-Cube Corporation, the holder of the registered trademark "DiviComp," notified us that it believes our use of the name "Divicore" infringes its mark. In response, we may have to change our name, which could be confusing and could harm our business. In addition, if accomodations cannot be reached on the use of our name, costly litigation could ensue, which could also harm our business
