Tom, It is strange how one sentence can be interpreted two ways. Sentence two of paragraph 3 ("Customers will pay $19,95 per month for the general BENEFITS ONLINE SERVICE and will pay an additional $5.95 per month for the Secure E-mail Service)leads me to believe (in terms of grammatical syntax) to conclude that the phrase being referenced is sentence # 1 - "2,000,000 customers." However, the ambiguity comes in sentence 3 regarding the "numerous corporate customers." Now, as an English teacher I can tell you - there is only one interpretation grammatically: there will be 2,000,000 people using the service and the Secure System and also there will be corporate customers in addition to these. But, I have learned that an English teacher's syntax is not the syntax of a lawyer. They utilize their own idioms and ecleltic syntax. So we really need the opinion of Jordan! I'm sure I now really fogged things up - LOL - but I will definitely get you the answer. Manny I R Wall Street ECNC
