Luc, i am starting to get doubts...there is so much skepticism w/regards to this rally that i am starting to think it may well have more legs. we'll see if enthusiasm revives quickly or not, but there are lots of arguments that speak for the possibility of a continuation. the biggest no-no's are still the trannies, the utilities and the dollar index. they could still conspire to salvage the situation for the bears, but virtually everything else i am looking at indicator-wise says we should rally even further, at least in the short term. CPI will come in at or below expectations as well, i'm pretty certain of that. why should it be different from PPI? they have a very good correlation as far as i know. the market will take any excuse it can get for rallying...
