Check the company Raabe was involved with prior to TVSI. Same problem. Seems they made it appear as though they were working with Disney. SEC records are there. It was all blamed on past management. TG

The release leads one to believe Raabe was not prior management in any way, he became involved later. He was/is the owner of Planet...an arms length transaction for the shareholders? <s> The release makes it clear the public will not have any more information forthcoming. Not good for the public, but smart advice from "counsel". Tonto posted the SEC was investigating Steve Cayou and TVSI.....WRONG!!! Now, it's well known, if you've done diligence on TVSI, Raabe has been working on Planet Sports for 2 years, Dendro's post was not researched and releases coming will directly respond to these questions. TVSI is gone, enter Planet Sports....the MM's here are a very important part of the story, they want RMIL shareholders' blood, and they'll short TVSI to terminal zero if need be, but....Planet Sports is too big and Raabe to experienced to fall for the shortsellers games.
